Optimise the website
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, such as preparing medical reports and correspondence
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred but not required
