Job Description

Our client houses a specialist contentious trusts and estates lawyer with an excellent reputation among peers in representing high net worth individuals, family offices, trustees, protectors, executors and beneficiaries in respect of such matters. Examples of the cases the group deal with are as follows: validity issues, breach of trust, removal applications, freezing injunctions, asset tracing and recovery and the full remit of estate disputes.
The candidate will have specialist CTE knowledge (estate/trusts/Court of Protection). An interest in art litigation would be a bonus as would ACTAPS course completion (not essential).
You will be rewarded with first rate work, sensible hours (c.1300) and excellent remuneration (highest for West End).
