Prize Shop Assistant

Overview:
Join our team as a Prize Shop Assistant in a bustling Arcade environment. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This role will cover day and night shifts, leaning more towards evening duties.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately, using tickets customers have won
- Maintain good organization of the shop floor, including restocking and arranging displays
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise
- Support with opening and closing procedures

Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize duties accordingly
