This role is all about
building new business
-- dealers, integrators, trade partners, and end-users across the UK who need commercial displays, interactive panels, signage solutions, media players, networking, and mounting hardware.

Core Responsibilities
Proactively generate
new B2B opportunities
through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, events, and vertical market targeting
Build and expand relationships with
trade customers, integrators, resellers, installers, MSPs, and enterprises
Manage full sales cycle: lead qualification, quotation, negotiation, close
Drive AV product adoption across displays, signage, media players, and collaboration hardware
Coordinate with vendors to secure
special pricing, bids, and stock allocations
Maintain a disciplined, accurate pipeline within Zoho CRM
Convert inbound leads quickly with professional follow-up
Hit aggressive monthly revenue and margin targets
Required Skills & Experience
? Proven B2B sales experience in AV and/or IT hardware
? Strong pipeline management and closing ability
? Confident outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach
? Skilled in technical selling -- features to business value
? Ability to work at speed, handle objections, and win in competitive situations
? Results-first mentality -- you know your numbers and chase them
? Excellent English communication, commercial writing, and negotiation skills
Preferred Extras
Established trade relationships in AV or IT channel
Experience obtaining vendor deal support, bids, and special pricing
Background selling Samsung, LG, Sony, Vestel, iiyama, Philips, Yealink, B-Tech, or similar brands
