In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead on driving

new business growth across Scotland

, using a strategic and creative approach to exceed ambitious sales targets. You'll represent Heritage Portfolio at high-profile venues and events, build a dynamic sales pipeline, grow our market share, and nurture key accounts--all while delivering exceptional service and showcasing our brand with pride.

Main Responsibilities / What you'll do

:

Achievement of financial sales targets and KPIs Research and identify new sales leads with potential to generate business at HPL Scotland venues Maintain a strong presence within the Edinburgh MICE market through client meetings, entertaining, presentations, site visits, FAMs, industry exhibitions, and networking events Develop and implement a sales strategy and action plan to attract new business to Scotland venues Record and report ROI for all sales activities conducted Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage the sales process Build relationships with key city partners to obtain referrals and collaborate on sales initiatives Conduct regular regional travel across the portfolio, including visits to client offices, trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales activities

The Ideal Candidate / What you bring:

A track record in the events Industry, in particular event sales Proven success in achieving sales targets Previous experience in the MICE market Energised individual who thrives by being out in the market, making new connections Financial reporting and commercial understanding Confident, ambitious, and passionate with the ability to use own initiative A good researcher, negotiator, and client focused approach Ability to build excellent client relationships Excellent communication verbal and written skills Foodie passion ?Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise various job demands
