We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Probate and Wills Solicitor to join our team ( minimum 3 years PQE )
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Probate / Wills law and Court of Protection matters( including contentious claims ) and will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients.
The role requires excellent communication/interpersonal skills and motivation to develop the department. Ideally the candidate will be an accredited member of WIQS
The role can be undertaken at one of our three offices in Swansea, Bridgend or Carmarthen.
Part Time as well as full time hours considered
