Gomer Williams & Co are seeking a talented legal assistant to support our Wills & Probate department in Llanelli
We are ideally looking for Legal Assistants who have 12 months experience working within a probate department, however, we would welcome applications from all experiences.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients.
File opening and accompanying procedures, to include production of confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records and the entering of entities and capacities on each new client/matter file.
Providing an efficient and effective service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Demonstrates strong team building and customer service skills.
Ability to audio type
Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
