An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated suitably qualified and/or experienced person to join the legal department at LCS Legal Services Group Ltd.

This position can be full-time or part-time and is permanent. Salary 25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience. This can be in house at our offices in Dawlish, Devon or a fully remote working role with flexi-hours considered.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of private client matters including all aspects of Probate, Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax.

We would consider applicants who are experienced Paralegals or are none qualified but have extensive experience.

Who We're Looking For

Candidate with 2+ years' PQE

in Wills & Probate.

Commercially minded -

you understand client needs and how to grow a practice.

Self-motivated and proactive -

able to work with initiative and drive results.

Strong communicator -

confident advising clients remotely (Teams/phone) and in person.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least two years experience dealing with UK Probate, Estate Administration and Inheritance tax First class client care Excellent attention to detail Competent numeracy skills Good communication skills, time management and organisational skills, good team player, adaptable to our own working practices Competent IT skills
Location Dawlish. Work flexibly--choose between office-based, hybrid, or fully remote arrangements

Salary Range (Depending on experience ): Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full and varied caseload of private client matters from start to finish Providing clear and accurate legal advice to clients and maintaining regular communication throughout Handling estate administration and probate including all associated Government forms and processes Maintaining accurate records using a case management system Actively promoting company full range of services
