We are looking for someone with empathy who is proactive with excellent customer service skills and is self-motivated, and can work on their own initiative with a can do attitude to work in our probate department. You must be able to handle objections and problem solving.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Manage probate pipeline Dealing with probate administration of an estate Collecting all documentation of assets and liabilities from a deceased estate Submitting all documentation to the probate registry Communicate with the inheritance tax office. Communicate with clients/beneficiaries on status of case progression on a regular basis. Manage submissions to third party organisations such as Land Registry, Office of The Public Guardian, Conveyancers and Probate Office in a compliant manner Creating estate accounts Manage post (incoming and outgoing) and directing any mail to relevant person Creating MI on sales performance Manage and work on CRM on regular basis to its full potential Support business in other areas Represent company at networking events and meetings and manage corporate memberships Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes etc. Excellent people skills will be key in this role

Strong Attention to Detail and Great Communication Skills Ability to Work Without Supervision and be self motivated. Excellent Time Management Skills. Strong Prioritisation, deadlines, and Organisation Skills Presentation Skills, Including Welcoming clients and guests Ability to Handle Confidential Information. Strong Record Keeping Skills Excellent communication skills. In person and over the phone Experienced with using excel and word Organised and be able to prioritise and reprioritise Be able to handle difficult customers and remain professional throughout the process and remain calm and reassure clients.
