Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage probate pipeline
Dealing with probate administration of an estate
Collecting all documentation of assets and liabilities from a deceased estate
Submitting all documentation to the probate registry
Communicate with the inheritance tax office.
Communicate with clients/beneficiaries on status of case progression on a regular basis.
Manage submissions to third party organisations such as Land Registry, Office of The Public Guardian, Conveyancers and Probate Office in a compliant manner
Creating estate accounts
Manage post (incoming and outgoing) and directing any mail to relevant person
Creating MI on sales performance
Manage and work on CRM on regular basis to its full potential
Support business in other areas
Represent company at networking events and meetings and manage corporate memberships
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes etc.
