• Ensure ongoing compliance of all assets, targeting zero operational impact.
• Collaborate closely with Validation Specialists/Management to meet business priorities.
• Support and implement top-notch validation strategies.
• Identify and manage risks to product quality and patient safety.
• Foster a culture of risk and science-based decision-making.
• Identify and support team development and training needs.
• Assist in budget planning and management for the validation team.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and present validation packages to regulatory bodies.
• Promptly escalate any compliance or delivery issues.
