VWS Westgarth
VWS Westgarth Ltd is part of Veolia Water Technologies group and is reported through this parent. Veolia Water Technologies (VWT) is in turn part of Veolia Environnement SA (VE), a French multinational business.
VWS Westgarth Ltd, whose main office is in East Kilbride, Scotland, is a specialist in water treatment systems for the offshore energy sector. We are the world leader in the Sulphate Removal Process, which is a seawater treatment system for the offshore industry and we are also specialists in treatment systems for oilfield produced waters. Our main offshore markets are currently West Africa and South America, where we also undertake the management responsibility for offices in Luanda and Rio de Janeiro.
Our main offshore markets are currently Guyana, the Gulf of Mexico, Angola and Brazil. VWS Westgarth employs more than 160 staff within its own offices, who work closely with a number of other global Veolia business units on a regular basis.

The Role
Administration within the procurement department. Performing all tasks involved in the administration of Project and overhead purchase orders.
Main responsibilities
Administrate the purchase of overhead Orders
Update the Approved Supplier database
Run reports on open orders, expiring supplier approval data and expedite with relevant parties as required.
Verify suppliers third party risk management using EthixBase or BVD Catalyst
Maintain supplier data within the Google Drive and the companies Document Management system
Administer the purchase orders within the company ERP system.
Manage all outgoing and incoming correspondence on each assigned order.
Monitor supplier's performance for conformance to Purchase Order terms.
Work with other Procurement staff as assigned to administrate orders.
Administrate clearance for invoice payments
Action revisions to purchase orders for cost and schedule changes.
Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time, in line with company objectives.
Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety policies and procedure.
Requirements / Capabilities
Previous office administration experience within a procurement environment
HNC level education in a Business discipline
Database management experience
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Prepared to work both independently and as part of a team
Accurate worker with good attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes.

Adherence to ethical standards in procurement practices and financial transactions.
