Job Title

Procurement Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll assist Production and Sales with lead times and stock supply, manage purchase ordering and supplier liaison, and provide day-to-day administrative support to keep procurement and production running smoothly.

Main Duties

Raise and process purchase orders effectively

Maintain supplier records, pricing, and cost control

Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and flag shortages

Liaise with suppliers for quotes, deliveries, and lead times

Schedule manufacturing processes with third-party contractors

Support sourcing of electronic/mechanical components, raw materials, and manufacturing services

Update internal teams (Production/Sales) on order progress, delays, or lead-time changes

Assist the Operations Manager with general administration

Skills & Experience

o Good Microsoft (Office) skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Knowledge of manufacturing processes

Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong organisational ability, accuracy, and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy workplace
