Procurement Coordinator

Monday to Friday 37 hours per week. 100% on site at Bathgate, Scotland

Our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent's European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors' studies throughout the UK, Europe and beyond, including clinical supply management, FastChain demand-led supply, clinical-scale commercial packaging, and QP release services.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team at the Bathgate site. In this role, you will ensure invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments. You will play a key part in supporting our Supply Chain Excellence and promoting Catalent's values and environmental initiatives.

The Role:

Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address billing issues. Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely payments and respond to vendor inquiries. Monitor aging invoices, escalate unresolved cases, and prepare resolution reports. Cleanse historical purchase order data and raise supply chain purchased orders as needed. Support vendor onboarding with Global Procurement and Contracts Admin. Provide short-term cover for Materials Planner when required. Contribute to PSQDC metrics and promote environmental sustainability initiatives.
