Mon Interiors is an award-winning interior architecture and design studio based in North Wales, working across residential and commercial projects across the region and beyond. We create calm, refined, detail-driven spaces -- and we're looking for an organised, capable and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support the studio's growing project workload.
This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys structure, numbers, accuracy and logistics. Ideal for someone with experience in procurement, administration, interiors, construction, or project coordination -- or someone who simply loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
The Role
As our Procurement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement from order to installation. This includes placing orders, tracking lead times, coordinating deliveries, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring every detail is recorded accurately in our systems.
You'll work closely with the Director and wider team to ensure all items arrive on time, in perfect condition, and aligned with our design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
Track all deliveries, lead times and order statuses
Manage and update procurement schedules and spreadsheets
Maintain accuracy in our project management system (Programa)
Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, stock and timelines
Liaise with trades and couriers regarding deliveries and installations
Manage damages, replacements and returns efficiently
Keep clients informed of delivery timing where required
Prepare and maintain order documentation for each project
Support the Director with procurement-related admin and logistics
What We're Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicating with suppliers and trades
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, numbers and order tracking
Experience in procurement, logistics, interiors or project administration (preferred but not essential)
A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate issues before they arise
Calm, reliable, consistent and methodical
Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently
