As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain for our cladding materials and components. Working closely with our operations, project management, and finance teams, your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement process for all cladding related materials and systems.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, compliance, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure best value and risk mitigation.
Track material usage and forecasts to ensure timely availability across multiple projects.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Work with project managers to understand and respond to specific project needs.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in procurement within the construction or cladding/facade sector.
Strong understanding of cladding materials, systems, and supply chain logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
Highly organised with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
Familiarity with procurement software, supplier portals, and tendering processes.
Knowledge of construction regulations and material certification standards.
