ASA Recruitment are working with a popular Glasgow educational institution to recruit a Procurement Coordinator on a contract basis. This role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow to work on a hybrid working pattern.
If you started in this role today you would\xe2\x80\xa6
- Support tendering, contract management, spend analytics and supplier performance
- Lead on tender preparation and evaluation applying the procurement journey guidance and embedding sustainability throughout
- Assist in the development/updating of policies and procedures in line with changes in legislation and best practice
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of operational plans that are aimed at delivering the colleges strategic goals and objectives
- Relevant experience in a procurement setting
- Good understanding of procurement standards and legislation
- Working towards a CIPS certification would be advantageous
