This role:





We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to come and join our growing team.



This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for the future.

An idea of what you'll be doing:







Raising Purchase Orders based on the needs of the Project Team. Liaising with the Suppliers regarding any supply or delivery issues. Proactively checking with Suppliers before deliveries occur. Support the estimating department by providing the latest product information, assisting with supplier inquiries, material pricing, and maintaining the estimate system product files. Supporting the Procurement Manager with maintaining supplier relationships and driving forward with achieving discounts. Assisting with implementation of process and procedures to ensure continuity within the business. Monthly updates on current systemic pricing. Validation of receipt of goods before payments against invoices are made. Booking and payment of hotels booked outside of the Navan System. Verification that Navan Expense Card Usage is within company policy. Assigning Navan Card Business Expenditure to Projects in Procore. Handling supplier defective goods and returns in accordance with our ISO:9001:2015 accreditation.

Requirements



You'll have a proven track record of:





Proficient in the use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc. Excellent communication, including ability to adapt communication styles and outstanding listening skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to use own initiative as well as work collaboratively as part of a team Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Good knowledge of Workflow Management Systems, including but not limited to raising purchase orders, receipting goods and overall understanding of financial process. Able to remain calm and efficient when working in a fast-paced environment to tight timeframes. Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships. Able to adapt to changes in priorities maintaining effective management of expectations. Excellent listening skills with ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Experience within a procurement/purchasing environment. Business Administration qualification or relevant experience Experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrative experience in professional communication Comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including the anti-bribery policy, while adhering to the Environmental and Quality Management System in alignment with ISO standards and the requirements of the NERS accreditation.
