We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven

Procurement Manager

to oversee our purchasing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services required to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to secure the efficient and cost-effective supply of ventilation equipment, ductwork, fittings, tools, and related materials. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and continuity of supply. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to forecast material requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards in all procurement practices. Review purchase orders and contracts for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project requirements. Analyse market trends and supplier performance to drive cost savings and procurement efficiency. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets, track spending, and identify value opportunities. Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and performance metrics. Lead, mentor, and support procurement staff where applicable.

Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within construction, HVAC, or M&E. Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Knowledge of ventilation, HVAC, or construction materials and suppliers is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
