ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our continued success and our ambitious growth plans, we have a new post within our Product Team. The successful applicant will play an important role in the next stage of the company's development by turning raw data into clear, actionable insights and ensuring our products are presented at their best across all digital platforms.
At Nirvana, administration doesn't mean photocopying, filing or ordering office supplies.
Here, "admin" means:
Compiling user-friendly digital reports from multiple raw data sources
Using those reports to identify issues and resolve them
Updating digital content - including product descriptions, images, and event information
Managing online stock and pricing to keep our website accurate and competitive
This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role that blends data management, problem-solving and digital product maintenance to help drive sales and enhance customer experience across our full range of events and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Data Entry & Digital Product Maintenance and Management
Adding, updating and managing product listings across internal systems and the website
Maintaining accurate prices, stock levels and availability in real time
Compiling and presenting clear digital reports from multiple data sources to identify trends, errors or opportunities for improvement
Reporting & Analysis
Downloading, combining, and analysing raw data to create actionable reports
Spotting discrepancies or performance issues and implementing solutions
Website & Content
Writing and refining engaging product descriptions for our e-commerce site
Updating website content (text, images, videos) to ensure accuracy and appeal
Assisting with usability checks and troubleshooting (e.g., broken links, system errors)
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a digitally-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is highly skilled in organisation, accuracy and multitasking.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication skills - able to interact effectively with stakeholders.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint Online, and other MS applications.
Knowledge of WordPress (preferred but not essential).
Previous experience using multiple internal systems.
A positive, enthusiastic approach and a team-player mindset.
A passion for delivering first-class customer service.

Starting salary of between 23,015-24,500 per annum, based on experience

This will be an office-based position, at our HQ in Newcastle Upon Tyne, however upon completion of probabtion, hybrid working is available at managers discretion.
