Our IT business continues to grow and we are now looking for an organised and enthusiastic Product Administrator to join our vibrant office with remote or hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in a similar role or someone who has an interest in software and technology and able to multi task in a fast paced environment.

We undertake pensions administration for over one million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 88 with assets over 1bn. We also provide wider ranging support to insurance companies in the life and bulk annuities sector.

The Team





This role sits within the IT Development and Delivery team (part of XPS IT); a centralised technical team that specialises in the management and maintenance of the core software used to deliver pension services to XPS customers and clients.

We develop software in-house that we can tune to our own processes to give ourselves a competitive advantage. We are run a development team that is focused on pragmatic approaches to real business needs.

The Role





As a Product Administrator with XPS you will:



Assist product owner(s) in the creation and maintenance of documentation. Work with the development team creating/managing release notes. Maintain and update product documentation/user guides. Maintain product intranet page(s) and content. Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing and Continuous Improvement. Assist in compliance with company policies and industry regulations Handle customer inquiries related to product specifications Assist in inventory management and product availability tracking.



Your profile




Essential Criteria





Interest in software and technology. Strong organizational and communication skills with a flair for creating engaging content Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools Experience in product administration or a similar role is a plus. Ability to respond at short notice and thrive under pressure an advantage.
