We are currently expanding at a phenomenal rate \xe2\x80\x93 on the back of what is our record year in terms of revenue (over \xc2\xa3800m) and so are looking for like-minded individuals to join our dedicated Head Office team, to help the company continue to flourish. About the Role The role will support the Business Owner & Product Owner from within the Corporate team with the adoption of technology to strengthen the range of products available to corporate TCs and their clients, in order to retain and grow Travel Counsellors for business. In this Product Adoption Lead position, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Creating inspiring and personal digital journeys for our corporate clients.
  • Driving adoption of products with Corporate TC\xe2\x80\x99s and their clients while maintaining the \xe2\x80\x9cwith us its personal\xe2\x80\x9d principle.
  • Directly supporting new business acquisition by showcasing corporate products.
  • Expertly supporting clients and TC\xe2\x80\x99s with the onboarding and adoption of all corporate technology in a human and impactful way.
  • Advising and supporting TC\xe2\x80\x99s to grow their business and increase efficiency through remarketing via grapevine and the GDS upgrade project.
  • Maintaining and driving the adoption of client facing technology \xe2\x80\x93 Vibe, Trainline, myTC Corporate & DaaS
  • Owning key relationships with internal and third-party technology providers, which Travel Counsellors use to deliver our corporate technology solutions.
Key Skills Required
  • Planning and Analysis - Using data to identify opportunity clients and track success and demonstrate ROI
  • Reporting and Presenting Information - Plan & deliver implementation plans to clients and Travel Counsellors\' Strategic KPIs, OKR\'s (Objectives and Key Results) & digital trading performance
  • Delivering digital Solutions - Create and deliver inspiring and personal digital experiences and drive adoption
  • Business Travel Experience (Desirable) - Business travel sector SME and broad network of connections across the supplier/travel tech landscape
  • Stakeholder Management - Directly with clients, Travel Counsellors, 3rd party tech providers, Senior Leadership & Technology
