We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development. You will leverage your expertise in software development, analytics, and project management to ensure that our products meet the needs of our clients and align with business objectives.

Minimum years of experience: 12-15 years
Detailed :
Candidate with good knowledge of Oracle CX Service implementations Should lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Good understanding of Oracle Service Cloud product functionality. Extensive hands-on experience in working in Agile environment. Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 400.00-450.00 per day
