Job Description

Danilo are looking to recruit a Product Approvals Assistant to join their busy creative team and work across their award winning product ranges.

You will be working on some of the biggest brands in the world of entertainment, music, celebrity, gaming and sport including the likes of Disney, Warner Bros, BBC, Star Wars and many more!

Danilo was established over 47 years ago and has become Europe's leading supplier of officially licensed calendars, diaries, greeting cards and gifts, based in Waltham Abbey.

THE CANDIDATE:

A self starter with the ability to manage key tasks without the need for supervision A team player, who is flexible, with a can-do attitude Be well organised Have excellent attention to detail A good communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete tasks Fully proficient in Outlook/Microsoft, with the ability to use web based platforms

THE TASKS:

Uploading and managing product information onto Danilo's PIM system Managing the submission of product designs to multiple licensor approval sites Collating all approvals feedback and communicating to relevant team members Managing proof & product samples, photographing, checking and posting out Liaising closely with internal teams as well as dealing with licensors externally
You will be working across a wide range of products and licensed brands, so an interest in licensed brands and consumer products is favourable, but not essential.
