In this combined role, you'll not only ensure our premium products are added accurately to our website, but you'll also play an essential part in our Customer Service team. From helping measuring garments to assisting customers with product inquiries. You will also help support in our offline store and occasionally help out in the warehouse with basic picking and packing with the rest of the team - your role will be dynamic and vital to our daily operations.

You'll use your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to keep things running smoothly online, adding product descriptions, our own creative photography and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure that all product lines are created and added correctly with minimal error from suppliers packing lists and invoices. To ensure that creative copy is added to each product card to enable customers to make an informed decision about their purchase. To merchandise the Urban Industry website in terms of moving product around pages to affect better sales inline with seasonal timing, marketing campaigns etc To help maintain strong, general housekeeping duties across the entire website and be a main internal contact for any changes to the site content. Assist as part of the customer service team in daily activities Occasional Pick and packing duties depending on demand, the whole team gets involved here. Occasional customer service in our offline store here at our warehouse.
Qualifications & Experience:

Perhaps you've been an administrator somewhere else and want a change of direction? Your thoroughness will be a major asset to us. Experience of working for a web based store with multiple brands and 1000's of product sku's would be a major advantage but not essential. We can train you on the nuts and bolts in our slick and easy to use systems. Be able to work with the English language to maintain accurate and well written product descriptions.. Demonstrating a logical, numeric mind. A working knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working with an online shopping system like Shopify or similar would be a major benefit. Good working knowledge of a PC is a must. Experience of using or a basic understanding of how AI Systems can aid in work flow would be beneficial. Again full training will be provided if you are a total novice.

Strong ability to focus on the details and work through problems to a final conclusion. Solid Administration of day to day tasks is the key! Be a fantastic team player, you'll be closely working with all departments in our friendly independent business.. A can-do attitude with the ability to be super flexible and embrace fast change. A love for Fashion twinned with a love of outdoor activities would be an advantage

This position is a full time ( 37.5hrs Per week) based in our Eastbourne Offices & Warehouse.

24k Starting Salary which we hope we can increase as you settle in and show your potential to become indispensable. We have a 6 month probation period for all new employees.
