What\'s the role about?

Product Data Assistant

Full time, Permanent
Salary: \xc2\xa321,000 per annum + access to company vehicle
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week \xe2\x80\x93 Would consider a 4-day week
Location: Somerset Office, TA10 9PZ

Working as a Product Data Assistant for JDH Solutions (part of the Advantage Smollan Group) you will deliver accurate and detailed product information for use in Space Management or ecommerce. This crucial information is used to help advise manufacturers on product placement based on footfall and consumer behaviour, thus optimising their sales.

Responsibilities:

• Shop in-store and online for required products.
• Photograph products to customer specification
• Photoshop product images to required standard (training provided)
• Transfer product data from other customer databases
• Create and maintain customer product data
• Ensure product data is 100% accurate, never compromising on accuracy
• Ensure folder structure and file naming conventions are followed

You will have:

• A strong customer focus with an excellent customer service attitude
• The ability to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and take ownership
• The ability to work as part of a close knit team, supporting each other
• Experience working in store or field marketing desirable but not essential
• Some experience of MS Office applications
• An ability to take on the challenge to learn new skills
• A full manual driving license for at least 12 months
