What's it all about?




We're looking for a high-agency Product Delivery Manager to join Visa Direct. This role is central to enabling high-performing teams to deliver product features and epics with clarity, cadence, and commercial readiness. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and business workstream leads to ensure delivery excellence across one or more teams within a Team of Teams (TofT).

Key Responsibilities




Delivery Execution & Coordination

Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of product features and epics across assigned teams. Partner with team-level product and engineering stakeholders to manage backlog execution and delivery cadence. Coordinate end-to-end delivery of product work across business teams, ensuring alignment with workstream leads and SMEs. Track delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, blocker resolution, launch quality) and manage team-level risks. Ensure delivery inputs (e.g., requirements, estimates, readiness criteria) are high quality and actionable.

Stakeholder Engagement



Serve as the central point of communication for team-level delivery progress, blockers, and milestones. Facilitate delivery rituals such as planning meetings, delivery syncs, retrospectives, and readiness assessments to drive transparency and accountability.

Continuous Improvement



Champion agile best practices and delivery hygiene across assigned teams. Support cross-team alignment and operational efficiency within the TofT. Contribute to the development of scalable delivery practices and frameworks

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications



3+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or Project Management roles, preferably in a software-first Fintech or start-up environment.

Proven track record of coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and the ability to apply them pragmatically.

Experience with delivery tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and metrics tracking.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
