The Opportunity:

We're looking for a talented and driven

Product Delivery Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in bringing our diverse gaming products to market, from initial concept (passed from the vertical/product owner) through to successful launch and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional teams, optimize our delivery processes, and champion agile methodologies to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality, impactful software and hardware solutions. What You'll Do:



Lead End-to-End Product Delivery:

Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle for a variety of gaming products, including apps, bingo tablets, venue systems, and safer gambling solutions, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Agile & Scrum Champion:

Actively promote and implement Agile principles and Scrum methodologies, including Sprint Planning, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous iteration, and adaptive planning within our development teams.

Team Facilitation & Support:

Guide and empower cross-functional delivery teams (including software engineers, hardware engineers, QA, designers, and product owners), providing support, removing impediments, and nurturing a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and aligning on product goals and progress across software and hardware initiatives.

Problem-Solving & Risk Management:

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, dependencies, and issues that could impact delivery, implement effective solutions and escalating when necessary.

Process Optimization:

Drive initiatives to continuously improve our delivery processes, tools, and practices, enhancing efficiency, predictability, and overall team effectiveness for both software and hardware development cycles.

Performance Tracking:

Define and track key delivery metrics, providing regular, transparent reports on product status, progress, and forecasts to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:



2+ years of experience

in product delivery, project management, or a similar leadership role within a technology-driven environment, preferably within software or hardware development.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

with practical experience in leading or facilitating agile teams.

Excellent leadership and communication skills,

with the ability to inspire teams and effectively manage expectations across various stakeholders.

Proven problem-solving abilities,

with a proactive and analytical approach to overcoming challenges.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar A passion for the gaming industry is a significant plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
