Role




We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Delivery Manager to join our team.


This role is focused on overseeing both product and project delivery, ensuring cross-functional coordination between development, marketing, and other teams. The primary goal is to maintain a high standard across product workflows and project execution in a fast-paced start-up environment.


You will enjoy working cross-departmentally to build better functionality, a more visually pleasing user experience, and overall higher converting products for marketing.


In addition to managing the end-to-end process, the ideal candidate has technical experience, relishes in problem-solving, and takes ownership and responsibility of delivering product enhancements and features.

Key accountabilities



Own and manage the end-to-end product delivery process. Brief development tickets and ensure clarity and quality of requirements. Maintain and optimize product and project management boards. Work closely with freelance or in-house developers, designers and the marketing team to ensure deliverables are well-briefed and aligned with business goals. Translate feature ideas or business needs into clear, actionable product briefs. Test and review feature development from developers and designers Ensure consistency and scalability of processes across departments. Support project planning and delivery outside core product tasks. Act as the connective tissue between marketing, development, and leadership to keep workstreams aligned. Improve overall efficiency of delivery and reduce bottlenecks in execution.

Requirements



2-3 years of relevant experience in product, delivery, or project coordination roles. Experience working in or closely with startups or small companies. Ideally some exposure to product development teams or prior experience in tech-focused environments. Experience translating business needs into development-ready documentation. Comfortable using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar. A good understanding of software development basics and agile methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability.
