The Role:
As a
Junior Manufacturing & Development Engineer
, you'll work closely with our small, experienced team to:
Assemble
high-precision mechanical and electronic products
Design tools and jigs
using Fusion 360 to make production more efficient
Write basic automation code
(Python, Arduino, G-code, etc.) to help improve manufacturing processes
Help us build and refine our
production systems
as we scale up
Learn by doing -- and grow into more responsibility over time
We'll provide
full training and mentorship
, and support you as you build your skills across design, manufacturing, electronics, and automation.

opportunity to grow into other areas of engineering or the wider business
-- whether that's product design, quality assurance, R&D, project management, or operations. We're a startup with room to grow, and we support people who want to grow with us.
What We're Looking For:
Curiosity and enthusiasm for engineering, technology, and making things
Some experience with CAD (Fusion 360 ideal) -- either from school, uni, or your own projects
Basic interest or experience in programming (e.g. Arduino, Python, Raspberry Pi)
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Enjoys hands-on work and practical problem solving
A team player who wants to grow in a startup environment
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience with electronics or mechanical assembly
Use of 3D printers, CNC machines, soldering, or other workshop tools
Personal or school projects involving robotics, automation, or coding
