About the role:




As a Growth Product Designer, you'll play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered in-app experiences, supporting product development from concept to launch.


You will also collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets that contribute to our growth objectives. You will work to optimize our content and key conversion touchpoints like our website, in-app, social, and app store. This is a cross-functional role, ideal for someone with strong mobile UI/UX design skills, with a keen eye for how that design is then implemented in our marketing communications, as well as an understanding of fintech user needs. This London-based role offers a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

What you'll be doing:



+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design and iterate on user-friendly mobile app experiences. + Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
+ Design and maintain scalable UI components and contribute to our design system.
+ Translate complex fintech concepts into accessible, engaging user interfaces.
+ Partner with the marketing team to create digital assets for CRM and performance campaigns, social media, product launches, and web content.
+ Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.
+ Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure the consistent delivery of product design across all key conversion touchpoints.
+ Ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints.

What we are looking for

:

3-5 years of experience in product design, experience in Fintech a bonus but not required. Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, responsive design, iOS and Android app guidelines. Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design, UX problem-solving, and visual design skills. Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects. Ability to interpret and implement design feedback with ease. Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we consider a plus:





Experience with marketing assets (banners, landing pages, email templates), and a fair understanding of design for print. Experience with motion design or micro-interactions. Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions. Familiarity with financial regulations or compliance in design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Webflow is a plus.
