GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. GoHenry extended its reach into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns.


Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. GoHenry (operating now as Acorns Early in the US) offers a smart money app and debit card for kids and teens that helps them grow their skills in earning, saving, spending and investing. This is all designed to help them prepare for their future by building a foundation of healthy money habits.

The Role




As part of the UK Product Design team, you'll play a key role in shaping both the GoHenry and Acorns Early customer experience. From ideationtoexecution, you'll help define intuitive, thoughtful, and delightful money tools. You'll support and collaborate with fellow designers, engineers, and product managers to bring new features to life, refine existing experiences, and push against what's possible.



You should be comfortable working with tools like Figma and have experience designing consumer apps and digital products. You'll help refine features, contribute to our build design system, and evolve the product experience alongside a talented team.

What you'll do at GoHenry:



Understand product goals and objectives, translate requirements into actionable design solutions, and address user pain points while contributing to the company's key performance indicators (OKRs). Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to design and deliver user-centered features and functionality across multiple platforms. Develop and present thoughtful, innovative, and user-focused design solutions that enhance the customer experience. Clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Advocate for and incorporate user research into the design process. Share findings to inform product development and refine solutions. Must be comfortable with running live A/B experiments and contribute to research strategy Actively participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Serve as a design advocate across the organization.

What you'll bring to GoHenry:




You're a self-starter who is motivated to kick start projects, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks "How can I help" and then "How can we make this better", and shows perseverance in long-term goals.

4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful user experiences Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography. Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to design and deliver impactful, user-centered solutions across digital products Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders Experience working within and contributing to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability in your design outputs An understanding of how to use data and research to identify customer friction and inform design decisions
