Job Description

A fast-growing SaaS company based in London, building powerful tools that help organisations solve complex workflow challenges. We're mission-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering intuitive, user-friendly experiences to our customers. As our first dedicated Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the design vision from the ground up.
What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of a unified design system across all product lines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions for complex B2B workflows.
• Design and prototype new features and user interfaces that are accessible, intuitive, and visually cohesive.
• Independently manage multiple design projects from discovery to delivery.
• Support wider design needs across the business, including branding, marketing assets, and user research activities.

Experience and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Product or UX/UI design role, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR tech, govtech, or workflow-focused products.
• Demonstrated experience in creating or contributing to scalable design systems.
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio that showcases user-focused design thinking, interaction design, and design system work.
