What you will do


This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Annoushka's product journey - from the first spark of an idea through to the jewellery reaching our clients. You'll be immersed in every stage of product development and production gaining hands-on experience and exposure to how a fine jewellery brand operates. The role is fast-paced, varied and ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for jewellery.


Product Development Support


Undertake market and competitor research to help inform product direction Research and contribute ideas for new products and collections Assist with sourcing materials, components, packaging and stones Help communicate briefs and updates with suppliers and workshops Photograph new stones for inventory and liaise with gemmologists for Quality Control

Production Administration


Manage product barcodes and ERP data for Product Setup Invoice management Ensure delivery of products to workshops, suppliers and the assay office Create documentation and liaise with workshops and manufacturers Coordinate product photography, ensuring products are delivered on time Support in-house engraving and photography needs Prepare and coordinate internal product training sessions

Product Management


Book and track shipments of samples, production, and raw materials Work with suppliers to ensure on-time, cost-effective logistics Support annual stock takes and stock allocation requirements Carry out detailed quality control checks on samples and production

What you will bring




Minimum six months' experience in an administrative function, ideally in jewellery industry. Curiosity and passion for jewellery, with a desire to learn Basic knowledge of jewellery making techniques, materials, diamonds and precious gemstones Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a supportive environment Tenacious problem-solving mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Photoshop knowledge preferred
