We are looking to recruit a Product Information Assistant who will be responsible for administering & maintaining Product Information business processes; seeking to continually improve the solution aiming for harmonisation across global processes.



This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Design & Development Department.



The successful candidate will be able to:

Administer product changes in ERP systems Coordination of change control projects Review processes, producing and updating appropriate documentation Analyse business requirements and specify business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices and procedures Assist the Product Information Manager with business stakeholder engagement & communications, including ways of working sessions & training to ensure successful implementation & adoption of change Monitor and update required change documentation Assist with the maintaining of BAU processes during the implementation of the new ERP system Coordinate changes within organisation by using established project management methodology and IT systems

Essential Experience/Qualifications



Experience with office based administrative role

Desirable Experience/Qualifications



Experience in process/business analysis Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hours of Work



40 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17: 30 (flexibility on this can be given to the right candidate)
