Job Role



We're seeking a strategic and user-obsessed Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation mobile devices designed specifically for use in Clinical Trials and Life Sciences. You'll be at the forefront of innovation; driving product vision, defining roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver device experiences that improve patient and stakeholder outcomes and help power the next generation of Clinical Trials. The PM is critical not only to support the 1/2 million Inventus devices in the field but also future evolution of the Inventus ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:



Define and own a portfolio of devices, from concept to launch and beyond

Conduct market research, stakeholder analysis, and feedback reviews to identify improvement opportunities and identify unmet needs

Translate needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications

Collaborate with regulatory, quality, technology and supply chain to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user impact, and feasibility

Full lifecycle ownership and product management including supporting in-life issue resolution through collaborating across Technical, Quality and After Sales together with external vendors with escalation as required

Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data and insights

Serve as the voice of stakeholders, clinicians and patients throughout the product lifecycle

Work with Product Marketing to define detailed product briefs and product narratives for internal training and external sales material

Collaborate with compliance teams to navigate global regulatory landscape, including country specific certifications

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum 5yrs experience in Product Management ideally in the mobile devices space

Strong understanding of mobile device technologies including hardware, connectivity, operating systems (iOS/Android), and user experience principles

Experience of working directly with manufacturers to deliver bespoke devices

Proven track record of launching successful products in fast-paced environments

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across different countries, languages, cultures and time zones

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

Ability to manage external vendors and manufacturing partners together with a broad understanding of the manufacturing landscape

Understanding of the commerciality of a product to ensure ROI and device lifetime value is considered throughout the development and delivered ongoing

Experience with 5G, foldable devices, wearables, or IoT integrations

Passion for emerging tech and mobile innovation

Experience working on Medical Devices or in the Health Tech space

Understanding of medical regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR, FDA) or clinical workflows

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00-75,000.00 per year
