to support the smooth running of day-to-day product marketing activity across print, digital, and in-store channels. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with exposure to a wide range of marketing functions -- from product information and visual merchandising to brochures, and events.
You'll report directly to the Group Marketing Manager and work closely with colleagues across marketing, product development, design, and sales. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a creative and collaborative marketing environment.
Hybrid working available after training period, typically 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days at home
Key Responsibilities
Support with Technical Product Information
Assist in gathering, updating, and maintaining product specifications and technical details.
Help ensure product data is accurate and consistent across the website, on online and offline brochures, and internal systems.
Work with internal teams to source and clarify product information as needed.
Product Brochure Support (Print & Digital)
Help prepare and update marketing brochures, using design templates or working with the design team.
Assist in ensuring product features and messaging are clear, correct, and on-brand.
Coordinate brochure versioning and print-ready files when required.
Website Product Merchandising
Support the upload and update of product information, images, and specs in the CMS.
Help ensure product pages are visually consistent and user-friendly.
Assist with seasonal updates, launches, and product refreshes.
Marketing Graphics & Materials
Assist in the creation of marketing assets (flyers, banners, presentation slides, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite.
Help maintain consistency across campaign visuals and keep asset libraries organised.
Support cross-channel creative needs -- print, digital, in-store, and internal.
Showroom Graphics & Display Support
Assist with preparing and updating graphics for showroom product displays.
Coordinate the production and delivery of updated display materials.
Work with showroom teams to ensure in-store visuals are accurate and aligned with current campaigns.
Event Coordination Support
Assist with planning and delivering in-showroom events, trade shows, and product launches.
Help manage logistics, promotional materials, signage, and basic photography or content capture.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work with teams across the business to support marketing needs -- including design, sales, and product development.
Assist in the preparation of internal presentations, reports, and communications.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proactive and eager to learn

Confident in suggesting ideas for improvement and innovation in marketing approaches.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with CMS platforms.
Experienced through a marketing internship or junior role within the architectural design, interiors, or surface materials specification industry (preferred)
