Position Summary
Working in close collaboration with Product Specialists, Compliance, and Distribution teams, the Associate will help craft compelling product messaging and develop regionally tailored marketing collateral. The role will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to the AWMS Product Marketing team, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities and a proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties
Content Development & Version Management:Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of high-impact product marketing materials including fund webpages, presentations, fact sheets, emails, videos, and quarterly letters, while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand.
Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance, and where necessary, external counsel, to ensure all product marketing materials meet local regulatory requirements.
Manage translations of all associated product materials, liaising directly with local agencies and local-language business partners to ensure accurate transcreation of messaging.
Strategic Execution:Support the International Marketing team with the development and delivery of product marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives that align with core business objectives, to build awareness, deepen relationships, ensure quality client servicing, and support sales to scale the AWMS platform in the region.
Product Launch Marketing Plan:Leverage established processes from the Product Marketing team to develop, own, and execute a robust and repeatable international product-launch marketing plan, in collaboration with key stakeholders including AWMS Sales, Product Development, IR, Product Management, Compliance, and Legal teams.
Strategic Partnership and Platforms:Support channel marketing with the management and monitoring of AWMS product data and messaging across all international third-party product platforms.
Cross-Functional Alignment:Serve as a central partner to Product Management, Sales, Investor Relations, Compliance, AWMS Leadership, Design, and broader Marketing to streamline messaging and deliver cohesive, high-quality output

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple internal and external clients, vendors, and marketing team members on a daily basis
B2B marketing experience, including direct contact with the salesforce and in-depth knowledge of the sales process, required
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Required Education and Experience2+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or similar function
Requires a bachelor's degree
Financial Services Industry experience preferred
Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
Experience working with compliance and regulatory guidance to ensure compliant collateral is preferred
Experience with project management systems and software is a plus
