Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

The SMB Product Marketing team enable SMB business' success by: 1. Driving product adoption of Tiktok's advertising solutions through customer-centric and localized go-to-market and 2. improving product-market-fit & our go-to-market through capturing local customer pain points and the voice of the market.
We partner with multiple cross-functional organizations (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to enable product adoption & localized go-to-market of our advertising solutions. To improve the product-market-fit of our solutions, we partner with our global product teams to identify productized solutions to cater to our local advertisers business needs.
Your responsibilities as this intern include:
Data analysis and user feedback collection to identify business growth opportunities across SMB advertising business in EMEA
Develop & execute strategies (with guidance of Product Marketing Manager) to execute against business growth opportunities with enhanced revenue as the end goal
Communicate and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of both outbound and inbound efforts
Support operations of Product Marketing efforts across EMEA regions
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above;
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions in data-driven manner
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, results-oriented with interest in Product Marketing & digital advertising
- Strong communication skills including working proficiency in English with rigorous project management approach
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment and fast-paced organization environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in analyst, banking, consulting, analytics or product-related positions
- Those who can work 3 days a week and intern for 6 months are preferred
- Proficiency in additional European languages is preferred, particularly for working with local customers, merchants, and partners
