This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the London/ Head Office. However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises.

The salary range for this role is set at \xc2\xa369,300.00 - \xc2\xa3112,500.00

About the role

This is a brand new role created within Financial Services Team and a rare opportunity for a proven Leader.

As an experienced, customer focused and commercially driven Financial Services Product Marketing leader you will take responsibility for the performance and development of our portfolio of products across credit, banking and insurance.

Managing a large team of marketing specialists, you will develop and deliver the product marketing go-to-market and growth strategy for both existing and future products to meet ambitious business targets through both always-on and campaign activity, working closely with Commercial and Product counterparts to maximise performance.

You will demonstrate in depth knowledge of the financial services sectors, products and associated regulation, leading the team in best practice.

Essential Skills

Significant experience in marketing leadership in the financial services sector (2 or more of our markets)

Outstanding people management

Experience leading growth strategy against ambitious targets

Sound knowledge of regulatory landscape and financial promotions principals

Strong commercial acumen

Ability to thrive working in a fast moving growth business

Budget management
