Role Overview



As a Product Marketing Specialist at Custodia, you will play a pivotal role within the Marketing Department, driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and market success of our flagship product CC1. You will own the positioning, messaging, and end-to-end marketing execution for assigned products, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial goals.


This is a strategic and hands-on role for a digitally-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities




1. Product Go-To-Market Strategy & Ownership




Own and execute GTM strategies for product releases, feature launches, and market expansion. Define product value propositions and develop tailored messaging for different customer segments. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to drive product adoption and market success. Develop launch plans, enablement tools, and competitive positioning to support commercial teams.

2. Product-Market Ownership




Act as the marketing lead and internal expert for assigned products and their target markets. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics. Own the creation and continuous refinement of product messaging, personas, and customer journey touchpoints. Align product strategy with market demand to ensure commercial and marketing success.

3. Product-Focused SEO Strategy




Research, develop, and implement SEO strategies for individual product lines. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for discoverability. Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to drive continuous improvement.

4. Brand Consistency & Asset Development




Ensure all customer-facing materials align with Custodias brand standards. Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales collateral tailored to specific products. Support the evolution of Custodias visual brand identity with fresh and engaging ideas.

5. Digital Campaign Management




Plan and execute LinkedIn and email campaigns for both broad outreach and targeted ABM (account-based marketing). Personalize outreach for key personas and accounts. Monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance across channels.

6. Database Management & Targeting




Maintain and manage the marketing database to support digital campaigns. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure contact and account data accuracy. Identify gaps in audience segmentation to strengthen future targeting efforts.

7. Product Content Creation




Coordinate with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality, product-centric content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop impactful messaging and thought leadership. Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market narratives.

8. Event Support & Promotion




Support planning and promotion of webinars, trade shows, and industry events. Coordinate messaging and promotional assets in line with product marketing strategies. Track event performance and deliver insights for future planning.

Additional Responsibilities




Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on product campaign performance and KPIs. Work closely with internal teams to align messaging, positioning, and priorities. Collaborate with third-party vendors and agencies to manage outsourced deliverables. Contribute proactively to team meetings and ongoing marketing improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile




3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS or regulated industries. Proven success delivering GTM strategies and managing product-market fit initiatives. Strong understanding of SEO, digital campaigns, and ABM strategies. Skilled in messaging development, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn campaign management. Analytical mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes.
