About the Role


------------------



We're looking for a

highly numerate, detaildriven Product Operations Analyst

to join our awardwinning Savings Division. This role sits at the heart of our deposit operations - covering deposit aggregator channels, pension providers, credit unions, and corporate clients.


You'll ensure smooth daytoday processing, maintain accurate operational controls, support product and system enhancements, and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to build operational expertise within a growing specialist bank.

Key Responsibilities

BackOffice Operations



Process daily transactions across aggregator, pension, credit union & corporate books Ensure accurate payments, receipts, and daily reconciliations Complete periodic reconciliations for aggregator partners Manage daytoday client administration activities

Product & System Management



Create and issue products as required Develop expertise in

Phoebus

(aggregator products) and

Finova

(core deposits) Support ongoing due diligence with aggregator partners and deposit counterparties

Reporting & Data



Build strong understanding of Savings data structures Produce reports for divisional and bankwide stakeholders Assist with regulatory reporting requirements

Change & Transformation



Support Finova product build and release cycles Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) Assist wider transformation initiatives across Product Operations

Savings Team Treasury Finance External partners (deposit aggregators, pension administrators, credit unions, corporate clients)
