Your Role Purpose



As our Product Owner within the Product team, you will own and drive the vision and roadmap for customer journey improvements, new features and integrations.

You'll manage third parties to deliver the improvements and change to enhance the customer outcomes and business goals. You'll work in a cross-functional scrum teams to deliver end-to-end transformational change as well as continuous enhancement.

You'll be responsible for organising and attending all scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand ups, refinement sessions and demos.

You'll be responsible for user stories lifecycle from the initial scoping to signing off user stories with Customer Experience Manager and business stakeholders, and then taking them through the development journey.

You'll be managing our stakeholder community through regular communications to understand business needs and be able to translate these requirements into workable stories for design and development teams.

You'll be working with the rest of the Product Team to build the Product Roadmap and on prioritisation and planning the features into the development cycle.

As part of the Product Team, you'll define digital and IT solutions to our customer's and business problems, taking control of workshops to generate and refine ideas, taking the lead with technical scoping sessions, driving prioritisation and overseeing development & deployment by our Third Party providers, especially in the Digital space.

Combined working is key, you will be working with the wider business teams to understand business problems & opportunities, and the IT team to scope and deliver change. Experience of agile working will be beneficial as they work together to evolve their delivery model.

The Product Owner in Milk & More needs an end-to-end view of the business. You will need to understand our business operating model and the teams that work together and deliver the end result - delivery to the customer.

Your Key Responsibilities



Reporting into the Customer Experience Manager as a member of the Product Team, you'll be collaborating across a range of departments: IT, Marketing, Buying, Customer Services, Supply Chain and more. Work with Strategic Design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys in our digital landscape but also on the Operational side of the business and within the Support Areas, in priority order with Business Strategy Create and manage the implementation of product features, roadmaps and user stories across the digital journey Provide insights into product, technology and market trends, in combination with the Lead Architect Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans Develop materials to communicate progress to internal stakeholders and suppliers

Your Experience & Background



A proven track record of working in a digital role, ideally within eCommerce 3 years + experience as a Product Owner (e-commerce, b2c) Experience in working in a multi-domain Product team collaborating with other Product team members and working towards one Product vision Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to manage a complex group of stakeholders Experience in managing third parties, delivering outcomes, and managing critical dependencies A problem solver. Excel in breaking down complex problems in solvable pieces Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers will love Working knowledge of agile development methodologies; experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence Experience launching multiple digital products Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
