You will Own the vision, strategy, and execution for our Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring a single source of truth that fuels all Account-Based Experience (ABX) efforts and broader Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams--including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and the Data function--to deliver a unified, reliable, and actionable data foundation that drives high-impact personalization, segmentation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Define and maintain a clear roadmap for the CDP, prioritizing features and integrations that will support ABX (New Customer Acquisition and In-Life), marketing campaigns, and sales enablement. Aligning the CDP vision with overarching revenue, customer experience, and digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with the Data Lead and IT stakeholders to ensure consistent data standards, governance protocols, and compliance measures within the CDP.
- Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization processes that deliver a unified 360 view of customers and prospects.
- Work closely with engineering, IT, and external vendors to integrate the CDP with key systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools), enabling seamless data flows and real-time insights. Identify opportunities to optimize data pipelines and enhance the scalability and reliability of the CDP architecture.
- Advocate for a data-driven culture, showcasing how a robust CDP underpins personalized customer experiences, effective ABX campaigns, and better GTM decisions.
- Present progress updates, technical insights, and success stories to leadership, clarifying the CDP's value and ROI across different business units.
- Partner with Product Owners for ABX (NCA and In-Life) to understand their data needs, gather feedback on CDP outputs, and ensure continuous improvement in data-driven engagement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop use cases that leverage the CDP for enhanced segmentation, targeting, and campaign orchestration.
- Track adoption metrics (usage, data coverage, etc.) to gauge the CDP's effectiveness. and gather ongoing feedback from end-users to refine features, improve user experience, and identify new opportunities for data-driven innovation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- CDP/MarTech Expertise: Proven track record implementing or managing a CDP or similar data platform, with demonstrable business impact.
- Data Governance & Quality: Strong knowledge of data architecture, enrichment, cleansing, and compliance best practices.
- Product Ownership: Experience creating and managing a product roadmap, prioritizing stakeholder requirements, and delivering in iterative cycles.
- Technical Collaboration: Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based data architectures; able to engage effectively with engineers and IT teams.
- Communication & Evangelism: Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, championing the CDP's role in enabling targeted, data-driven engagement.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, IT, and Data teams) to ensure successful adoption and long-term CDP evolution
