WHAT TO EXPECT

We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Product Owner, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Home Charging realm.

Your mission? You will be responsible for the technical and client experience aspects of one of several home charging products within the EV Charging area and will support the development & delivery of these projects and their interdependencies in support of the wider Electrification Services strategy.

This individual will be instrumental in planning and co-ordination specific projects relating to the provision of EV home charging solutions for JLR globally. This is a highly collaborative role; your project skills will mean you can work directly with stakeholders and support the delivery of relevant projects from conception to delivery.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• As a Home Charging Product Owner, you will support the definition and delivery of robust EV home charging product solutions, across multiple national and international geographies and that the operating model, service levels, resources and cost-base are fit for purpose to support this solution
• You will be involved in the delivery of EV charging projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives of the Electrification Services function
• You will lead projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to the required timescale, quality and cost. As Home Charging Product Owner, you will contribute to required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management

• Technical understanding of EV charging hardware, software and protocols
• Previous experience in a similar role in Product or Project Management with a track record of delivery
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, and the ability to communicate and influence the delivery of products and services in a cross-functional team
• Proven track record for partner alignment, influencing product and service roadmaps
• Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
• Experience in creating and presenting complex data & issues to a varied audience
• Ability to handle a high degree of complexity and manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent team player, able to interact cross-functionally at different levels within the business
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and to influence others outside of the local home charging team
• Experience in collaborative cross-functional team working
• Knowledge of the global EV home charging market, in particular; EVSE, infrastructure, market structures, OEM activity and regulatory backdrop
