Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will facilitate the delivery of a roadmap of continuous improvements, ensuring that our customers and partners have friction-right experiences that are both effective and efficient. Working as part of the Retail team.


Our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and that any potential customer harm is identified, reported and resolved with excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Oversee the end-to-end service proposition, with particular emphasis on onboarding, to ensure an excellent customer and broker experience. Act as the SME for onboarding-related queries and issues, offering insights and solutions based on extensive knowledge of our systems and processes. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and supporting change & technology teams with direction and guidance. Monitor and assess operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as necessary. Provide expert support and troubleshooting for internal product processes. Identify areas where there is potential customer harm, ensuring prompt mitigation and issue resolution. Work closely with brokers and software houses to understand their needs, assist and offer guidance throughout the process.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:



Demonstrated ability to consider the customer and broker experience when designing product enhancements. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise with senior management, technical teams, brokers, and software houses. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectively. The ability to manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in both technical and business aspects of roadmap delivery. A proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. A Good understanding of integration technologies, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, JSON). Knowledge of insurance broking and the role of premium finance. Strong understanding of FCA regulation and the principles of Consumer Duty.
