We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Owner to bring clarity, focus, and delivery excellence to one of our core product areas.



As a Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind translating product strategy into actionable work for your product engineering team. You'll ensure that every epic, feature and user story is purposeful, every iteration is aligned with clear goals, and every release moves the needle for our customers.



You'll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, product engineers, designers, and stakeholders - owning the definition of ready and done for your team's backlog and ensuring what gets built delivers real customer and business value. This is a hands-on role where you'll thrive by combining a sharp eye for detail with a deep passion for Agile delivery and team collaboration.

Qualifications







Qualifications in product management, engineering, computer science, or a related field Certified product owner/ management certifications

Experience





Experience or equivalent expertise in product ownership or a relevant domain Experience within the insurance sector and/or domains such as claims, policy administration, broker, digital (AI/Chatbots/Website incl. self-service) Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition Proven experience in value stream mapping, analysis, and optimisation Understanding of Lean principles and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply these frameworks

Skills





Customer-Focused Execution: Ability to deeply understand customer and user needs within a specific product context, translating insights into clear, valuable features and user stories that deliver measurable outcomes Iteration-Driven Product Engineering: Skilled in owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring all work meets the definition of ready and done, and driving successful delivery of iteration goals Collaborative Team Player: Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery Evidence-Based Prioritisation: Confident using data, team feedback, and customer insight to inform backlog priorities, guide trade-offs, and continuously improve team output and product value Context-Aware Decision Making: Strong ability to align day-to-day team execution with broader product goals, ensuring each iteration contributes meaningfully to quarterly and annual objectives

Please note, this is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance at our
