Due to the location of our sites you must have your own transport.

Main Duties:

Traceability of product including quantities within the WIP bin installation Purge of product to prevent cross contamination. Follow the production plan to fit the correct size mesh screens to the Mogensen sieves as according to the matrix for these meshes per product. Set-up Tomra optical sorters to suit the product coming through. At the end of each production run, collect ALL regrind collection bins and totes and collate into coded regrind totes (usually 2), print a ticket consume on CEMEX and remove to the sheds for use by the mill operators. As an FLT driver assist with other areas as and when required including raw material transfers into the mill. Provide an element of cover to site waste management when required.

Requirements, Experience and Person Specification:

Very self-starting and takes pride and ownership of their area. Very helpful and looks to support others. FLT License (or willing to train) Manufacturing background. Preferably in food, pet food or FMCG Food Safety L2. Awareness of BRC. IOSH Working Safely. Can do attitude. Seeks a solution. Honest and empathetic with a sense of perspective. Team player. We win together and lose together. Open to change and willing to learn.
