This move represents a significant step forward for Motion Applied. The new site will not only enhance our production capabilities but also serve as a showcase for our expertise in motorsport electronics, offering a professional and impressive space for customers and visitors alike.



The expectation with this role is that in the immediate short term, you will be based at McLaren Technology Centre and then move with the company to our new facility.

Purpose of the Role

The Production Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the build teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of production tasks. This role is critical for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating shipping processes, and supporting production planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Labelling:

+ Print and prepare labels for units.
+ Ensure test results are printed, folded, and shipped with the correct unit.
+ Prepare document packs for upcoming jobs and confirm all required signatures are in place.

Shipping Coordination:

+ Update business systems and complete shipping emails promptly.
+ Verify that all units are packaged correctly and dispatched on schedule.

System Updates & Data Entry:

+ Maintain accurate records in ERP and other business systems.
+ Support production teams with administrative updates as required.

Compliance & Good Practice:

+ Handle applicant and candidate data appropriately in line with GDPR and company policy.
+ Avoid downloading or storing sensitive information on personal devices.

Essential Skills & Attributes

Highly proficient in computer use and business systems. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
