to join our busy production team. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly -- managing data across multiple systems, supporting the despatch process, and making sure our records are always accurate and up to date.
What You'll Be Doing
Inputting serial numbers and despatch dates into company and customer portals .
Managing despatch operations on
Shopify
, including fulfilling and despatching customer orders.
Printing picklists and labels for production and despatch.
Creating manual picklists for special or expedited orders.
Producing new labels for amended delivery addresses.
Booking in goods on Stock system from delivery notes (after verification).
Supporting the production and logistics teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensuring all system updates and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
About You
Previous experience in an
administrative role
, ideally within production, manufacturing, or logistics.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy -- you'll enjoy getting things right first time.
Confident using systems such as
Shopify
,
Sage
, or similar.
Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
