Job Summary


We are seeking a Production Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. Job roles will include, answering the phone, dealing with customer queries, coverting customer purchase orders and raising Works Orders for the factory floor, ordering material, and asisting with production schedulling. Further advancement could lead towards Marketing, Inventory Management or Customer Account Management.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for various projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Experience in assembly tasks within a manufacturing setting is desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-26,500.00 per year
